Mark first discovered the benefits of yoga when he tried Iyengar Yoga to help him cope with the stress of a high pressure business life. Looking for balance and peace in his life over the years Mark continued to explore many different styles of yoga and their philosophies and in particular how the practice of yoga can relieve the stress and exhaustion of 21st century living.

Mark’s goal is to teach and help students to internalise yoga. To this end he uses a flowing Vinyasa-style asana practice, Pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to help students understand their mind/body connections and develop and nurture their intuitive wisdom.
