Joe Wasuruj

Joe started practising yoga in Thailand in 1992. Despite years of practice, he still finds himself learning something new about yoga every day. He approaches yoga scientifically through the applications of anatomy and physiology to safely increase strength and flexibility, as well as spiritually where Buddhist philosophy is deeply ingrained in his regular practice and teaching. His creative and light-hearted style inspires his students towards their path to self-exploration and inner peace.
