Cecilie Farrar

Cecilie discovered yoga six years ago. Initially she thought the practice would benefit her professional dancing by improving her strength and flexibility however, she quickly discovered its deeper and far reaching benefits, became enamoured, and began her teacher training in the Dynamic Hatha Vinyasa style popular in New York at the time. Cecilie was particularly influenced by her Anusara and Ashtanga teachers and mentors. In her classes Cecilie places an emphasis on moving with the breath (meditation in motion) which enables a feeling of gracefully flowing from one posture to the other whilst maintaining awareness of your postural alignment and your connection to your core strength.
